[x] digest stuff for cloning (pJET(rfp") - E/S and S/P; pSB2K3(PRecA) - S/P; pSB1A2(POcI) - S/P)
[x] gel for GEx:
a) digests
b) PCR products to clone into pJET again (Plac-cI", PmeI'-gene6')

[x] excise good bands from GEx gel
[x] inoculate patches of PmeI'-gene6'

[] look at results of all sequencing to date
