M144-M147: Minipreps of cenA(1,2,3,4). Mistake made: I used methanol(920ul) instead of ethanol for M144-M147.
M148-M151: Minipreps of cex(1,2,3,4).
M152-M155: Minipreps of dxs-crtE (1,2,3,4).(OG)

  • Minipreps 144-155 were digested with EcoRI/PstI. These need running on a gel tomorrow. (AH)
