The sequencing was cleaned with Agencourt CleanSEQ dye-Terminator removal).
It was then taken to the UW-biotech center for sequencing.
Start PCR the srl operon from MG1655. Run on gel and no band is formed.
Attended the Wisconsin iGEM team meeting.
Team Fungus:
Transformed PGEm-T Easy ligated with PCR2 product into DH5alpha.
Lab meeting.
Ran gradient PCR using Taq with purified PCR product from 6/24.
