Swimming agar assay with aspartic acid

Repeated assay with higher concentrated 20 % aspartatic acid mixed with 0.6 % agar (to make 10 % and 0.3 %) innoculated into wells on 0.3 % agar and left overnight (details see 21 July 2008).
