Made new stock of C-Media
Team Fungus:
Purified pET28a.
Purified PGEM vector from transformation overnight.
Digested transformed PGEM with ligated insert.
Purified digestion product.
Streaked out new plates from PGEM transformation overnight.
Ran out digestion on 1% agarose gel. No insert detected.
