Goals
- turn in time sheets!
- Examine flourescent proteins under flourescence camera
- psb1A10
- assembly 3 of i715039 and E0240
- make overnight broths of these flourescent protein cells and of the BP2 and BP3 genes
- assemble I715039 (RFP) with terminator B1002
Results
- while examining flourescent cells we discover a couple things
- psb1A10 needs to be induced by a plate with arabidose in the gel
- our ligation glows red but our GFP E0240 has still never worked, we need to figure out whats going on with this part
- since RFP works we will ligate it with a known terminator to assemble with a GFP that we can prove works on its own
