Started do creat our simulation model using SimBiology. Have to find all the parameters values to get some useful results.
On the morning, we prepare cell to be electro competent(25 aliquots). We make same protocol as yesterday but we incube it only 2:20 .
On afternoon, we do electro-transformation three time(1.25kV). We do with - PuC18, - 1020 2C and - 1003 7A.
