We aim to express transmembrane protein UCP in ''Saccharomyces cerevisiae'' and be able to record a temperature increase using a calorimeter. In a second phase, we will implement a regulatory system  the temperature from both an upper and lower limit.

About us

We are students of Universidad de Valencia and Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Our team is made up by:

  • Six Student Members: two undergraduate biology students, one undergraduate biology and chemistry student, one undergraduate biotechnology student and two graduate industrial engineers.
  • Four Instructors.
  • Four Advisors.
