Week 1

Tuesday 17 June 08

  • Prepared competent JM109 cells using TSS method. 25 tubes of 0.2 ml were prepared, labelled 'iGEM 17-6-8 Jnn' where nn is a number from 01 to 25. These are in the pink box in Garry's -80°C freezer.
