- Jess re-did miniprep/digestion of LacZ and SOS (as before)
- Jess ran on ethidium bromide gel yesterday (pictures in notebook)
- Got a LacZ fragment band at 5000 bp (yay!--is the length of part + most of plasmid)
- LacZ fragments are stored for later purification
- Got an SOS fragment at 2000 bp (boo!--is the length of the plasmid minus the part)
