Carried out mini-preps and sequencing on 8 colonies from O/Ns K102001.1 to K102001.8

Resuspended Term0+ and Term0- and annealed.
Digested T/A 0, K102002 and K102004 with BamHI and NcoI.

All sequences looked good but K102010.1 is best
