Project Description

  • 定时器
    • 首先，我们设计一个控时的装置，通过乳糖的浓度来控制时间的长短；然后我们设计一个精确调控红色荧光蛋白和绿色荧光蛋白表达的装置，通过两个装置的组装，以实现在一定的时间内调控红色荧光蛋白和绿色荧光蛋白的交替表达。目的是利用这一装置来合成一个大小均一的生物大分子。
