Overview
ExoSAP removes ssDNA and dNTPs
Protocol
- Add 2 μl ExoSAP to 5 μl of the PCR reaction.
- Incubate in a 37C water bath for 15 min.
- Incubate in a 80C water bath for 15 min. to inactivate ExoSAP.
