-miniprepped x 6
-submit forward sequencing x 6
with CIP reaction
- ran gel on digested promoter, GFP, and LuxR and cut bands(3184 bp for promoter vector, 898 bp for GFP insert, and 958 bp for LuxR insert)
- did gel purification
- nanodropped at 260 nm
