SOC medium

Bactotryptone | 2 | 2 g |
Bacto yeast extract | 0.5 | 0.5 g |
NaCl | 0.05 | 0.05 g |
Mix the three components with 95 ml distilled water and autoclave it. Just before using, add (filter sterilized):
- 0.5 ml 2 M MgCl2
- 2 ml 1 M Glucose
