- Minipreps:
M144-M147: Minipreps of cenA(1,2,3,4). Mistake made: I used methanol(920ul) instead of ethanol for M144-M147.
M148-M151: Minipreps of cex(1,2,3,4).
M152-M155: Minipreps of dxs-crtE (1,2,3,4).(OG)
- Minipreps 144-155 were digested with EcoRI/PstI. These need running on a gel tomorrow. (AH)
- Maxipreps:
X11: Zea mays isoamylase 1 (isa1+pZntr22).
X12: Maxiprep of Zea mays isoamylase 2 (isa2+pZntr22). (HX)
- Combined biobricks:
L42: dxs+lims (M137) to appY (M82).
L43: crtB+crtI (M109) to appY (M82).
L44: pstA (M130) to lacB. (YAN)
