Blue/white and rifampicin test

  1. Transformation of E. coli TOP10 carrying pZC320 with:
    • pMPMT5,
    • pMPMT5-AID,
    • pMPMT5-AIDT7,
    • pMPMT5-AID+T7.
  2. Plating transformants on 'TAXI' (LB + Tetracycline + IPTG + Ampicillin 30 μg/mL + X-Gal).
  3. Rifampicin test of transformants.
