Test Transform pRL1383a Plasmids from yesterday

cancelled because there are better ways to test of our plasmid prep worked, we'll digest and run it on gel to verify

Discussion
Even though our cells appear more competent than the last batch, we still have a long way to go compared to the commercial grade competent cells. It would be a better idea to chill the tubes, aliquot, then ethanol freeze them.
