Instructor

	Associate Professor in synthetic biology and process control. Also the instructor of the last year’s Tianjin iGEM team. Her diverse background in engineering and mathematics provides us with abundant inspirations.

	Professor Yuan has been endowed with the honor of a torchbearer for his significant contribution in both in research and teaching; in the torch rely of Beijing Olympics. Prof. Yuan is also one of the most main introducers of synthetic biology and iGEM to China!
Yingjin Yuan

	Prof Zhang, a member of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Third World Academy of Sciences， is one of the most famous bioinformaticists. With broad and intense background in mathematics, physics and computer technology, he began to research computational biology and bioinformatics in the 1980's. He published more than 70 papers in international journals with more than 400 citations.
