Glycerol Stock and Transformation Dan, Matt
- A glycerol stock of YPH500 using 0.5 mL cells and 0.5 mL YPD was made.
- Transformation's of the Collins plasmids was also performed.
Integration
- We integrated plasmids 597/8 into BY4742 cells as well.
