Sometimes I like to run around outside

I'm a fourth year student studying honours in Biotechnology at Edinburgh University. After graduation I hope to stay in biology and do a PhD.

Besides biology (which I don't indulge in all the time), I like to rock out on guitar, run around and cook. Further afield I like to see the natural world and do some climbing/mountaineering. (Scotland has some great mountains, particularly on Skye.)

On the team I seemed to spend most of my time walking back and forth between wet lab and computer lab telling people what needed to be done. I was responsible for most of the admin work (what wasn't so important that Chris was doing it!) and also did my fair share of the labwork. I wrote the introduction for the wiki and the plan, and will be introducing the project at the Jamboree in November. (Stop by room 155 at 9am, Saturday for a closer look!)
