Repeated Swimming agar experiment this time with only 0.3% agar + LB without yeast extract at 25, 30 and 37oC. incubated overnight

made more concentrated aspartic acid solution by reacting with NaOH to make aspartic acid salt, got concentration up to 7%, Also ordered some salt to save doing this in future.
