  • Transformed cells from yesterday did not grow (at least not well)
  • It's possible that growing them at room temperature was too cold, and so they grew very slowly.
  • Plan of Action:
    • Put already-transformed cells into 37C incubator, let grow overnight
    • Concentrate and plate the extra cells from yesterday, let grow in 37C incubator
