Alkaline Lysis Miniprep
- Krystle & Margaret
- Plasmid prep was performed with Biobricks (E0040 (GFP) with amp100 from DH5alpha, J04430 (lac+GFP) with amp100 from DH5alpha, B0034 (RBS) with amp100 from GP's super competent cells, and B0024 (TT)with amp100 from DH5alpha) and plasmids (pUC18 with amp100 from DH5alpha, pBLUSCRIPT with amp100 from DH5alpha, and RP4 with Kan 50 from E. coli HB101).
