Goals:

--make small broth of plated part -B1002

  • E0840 stil does not grow

--Digest, Purify and ligate RFP(I715039) and GFP(E0240) for a 3a assembly with the standard back bone psb1a3 with ampR

--and again for promoter and RBS

--and for BP1 gene and terminator
