Things we did today

Grace and Krystle

  • Made 10X TE buffer
  • Made BG-11 + 5% LB plates
  • Transformed PCC6803 w/ pRL1383a (see experiment)
  • Cell density test for PCC6803

Norman

  • Checked PCR products for Norman's pha_genes in agarose gel
  • Thaw test for PCC6803

Discussion

Grace and Krystle will come back on Sunday to check on PCC6803 tranformants.
