Miniprep of the ligation transformation of S105. Then ran a restriction digest to verify S105 and Biobrick vector ligation. A restriction digest was done rather than the verification PCR. The restriction digest was done with Spe and EcoRI (Multicore).
Restriction Digest: 5 ul Multicore, 1 ul Spe and Eco RI, 4 ul S105 Transformation Miniprep DNA (165.3 ng/ul), .5 ul BSA, 38.5 ul MilliQ water.
