Goals

  • Order midiprep kit
  • miniprep ligation of BP1 and terminator (Assembly 2)
  • Digest ligation
  • run regular gel of ligation and large purified parts that will be used in other ligations
  • run NuSieve gel for small unpurified parts
  • purify small parts from gel
  • Update notebook and project pages on wiki
    • Project page deadline tomorrow
  • Maxiprep E0240 and I715039
