1. Glycerol Stock:

a. Add 900uL of glycerol to empty tube.

b. Add 900uL of cells to the glycerol tubes.

c. Immediately place tubes in a beaker that has ethanol and dry ice for "snap freeze". Allow to freeze for 2 minutes.

d. Place tubes in freezer @ -79C for future use.
