Today

  • The plates of Transformants of I0500 in the new vector turned out good
    • Did colony PCR on two colonies to confirm they have the I0500 insert
      • Ran products out on a 1% agarose gel
    • Streaked out both colonies
    • Also made O/Ns of the colonies
  • Transformations of the synthed biobricks worked!
    • Colony PCR to check the inserts
    • Set up O/Ns
