Re-streaked Transformants

- pSB1A2 has one colony. I re-streaked it on an Amp100 plate.
PCR amplificatio of pRL1383a and associated parts
- Margaret
- I am amplifying the mob/rep region as well as the omega interposon with 3 different taqs: accuzyme, green taq, and velocity taq.
Resuspension of Krystle's Plasmid Prep from Yesterday

- They are in the -20C.
