  • Gel purification of 1) conc. double digests of BisdA and BisdB with both (NgoMIV+Age1) and (XbaI+PstI);

2)conc. digest of vector containing the TetR binding site and the RBS with NgoMIV (digest was treated with Antartic Phosphatase; 3) conc. digest of J61003 with (SpeI+PstI) (digest was treated with Antartic Phosphatase).
