Prepared LB Broth Plates and BG-11 Plates

- Created 10 plates of LB Broth Agar and 10 plates of BG-11 Agar
Test of Natural Cyanobacteria Antibiotic Resistance

- Suspended Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 in 100 ul BG-11 and plated 10 ul on each of two BG-11 plates containing spectinomycin and streptomycin.
