  • Cut parts for A70-A72
    • (RBS+BP) assemblies were cut E,S
    • B0015 was cut E,X
    • >Standard assembly
  • Also, used old cuts of A58(E,S) and A59(E,X) to again create an (RBS+BP1) + (RBS+BP2) assembly
  • Used newer B0015(E,X) and older I715039(E,S) to attached terminator to PRE RFP
  • Ligated, heat-inactivated and transformed with 2ul of DNA into 25ul of cells
  • Plated
