'S1, D12, and T123 parts were recieved from Houston'
  • These plasmids were integrated into E.coli so that we can make a glycerol stock of them.

  • Prepared another PCR reaction from ~56 to 61 degrees C and let it run overnight.

    Prepared 3 week plan for people working in lab'

    Held general meeting to discuss project developments
  • We will be making several promotional videos and a general meeting project package and presentation
  • Also chose candidates for remaining lab positions.
