Jess digested o/n the mCherry parts to see if they're there...
- 10uL DNA
- 2uL Buffer #2
- 8uL Mix (recipe below for 2 tubes)
- 13uL ddH2O
- 1uL EcoRI
- 1uL SpeI
- 1uL BSA
- Put at 37C o/n
- Ran on gel w/ Fast Blast
- Found out that Fast Blast makes DNA Positive! (didn't work...)
