Plasmid prep for pRL1383a
- Margaret & Grace
- Grew up transformed E. coli and did a plasmid prep to isolate pRL1383a
- Made RNase A stock solution (10 mg/ml)
- 1 μl RNase A added alongside GTE solution
- 1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) also made
