Things we did today

EtBr stained 0.8% agarose gel ran at 95V for 1 hour. Ten microliters of plasmid were loaded into each well.

Used Qiaprep Spin Miniprep Kit to plasmid prep BB1 (10/22 and 10/25 inoculations)
Ran on gel to verify plasmid
