Team Fungus:
Made LB + Kanamycin plates
Streaked out vector (pet28a) on LB + Kanamycin plates
Made dilute Kanamycin freezer aliquots

Team Sorbitol

Harvested the pBAD30 and pBAD18 from the cells using a Qiagen Miniprep Kit.

Stored this DNA in a -20 Freezer

Began cultures of MG1655 to use for cloning.
