Results of the transformation

Positive control : pUC19 (1µl; 10pg/ml) --> No transformation
Biobricks 2007 : --> succeed of the transformation unlike the delay added in the ice
Biobricks 2008 : --> No transformation

          Conclusion : Cells are competents, because there is positive transformation
          Hypothesis : problem with the protocol of DNA extraction from the registery 2008
