lab work (SD):

            Growth rates of cells containing the plasmids K102022, K102032, K102032+K102011, K102032+K102034,
            K102032+K102035, K102032+K102036 and XL1-B were to be determined by measuring the cell count every 
            hour for cells grown at 30 and 37 C.  Growth was only observed in overnights for K102022 and XL1-B.

            Nothing grew from Friday's ligations so Wayne re-tranformed my ligations and carried out his own ligations
