- Kate performed a control test with 50 mL of pRG-1. 400 uL of the 50% Arabinose solution were added to the pRG-1 solution. A 24 test with 12 readings per hour was done on the LoggerLite application with the conductivity meter.
- PCR was done of the Swt and S105 genes sent from Ry Young at Texas A&M. We got a PCR product of the S105 gene around approximately 350 base pairs.
