- Weekly update meeting: Discussed further Biobricking protocols and sending out DNA to be sequenced. We tossed around the idea of using membrane impermeable dyes that bind to DNA as well as ion-sensitive dyes as additional indicators of cell lysis.
- We ran apparatus sensitivity tests with NaCl serial dilutions.
