- Performed minipreps on pS105 and pVJ4.
- Optical Densities:
* pVJ4 2 - 73.2 ng/ul
* pVJ4 3 - 116.6 ng/ul
* pS105 1 - 77.2 ng/ul
* pS105 3 - 107.5 ng/ul
- Minipreps were also done of multiple promoters from the Registry of Standard Biological Parts.
- BBa_I728456 - Mercury Inducible Promoter MerRT
- BBa_I0500 - Inducible pBAD/araC
- BBa_I712074 - T7 promoter (strong promoter from T7 bacteriophage)
- BBa_I723020 - Pu: Activated in presence of environmental xylene.
- BBa_R0010 - Promoter (lacI regulated)
- Conductance test ran yesterday. Lysis took a considerably long time. Left overnight. The cultures with added Arabinose cleared considerably more than the controls.
