Based on: pMPM-T5-AID Resistance: tetracycline Features: AID protein-coding sequence transcribed together with translational fusion of AID protein and T7 polymerase, both under control of the same arabinose promoter Preparation: AID-T7 fusion amplified from pMPMT5+AID-T7 using primers: AIDlNrH and T7pXbSal. Product was then digested with HindIII and SalI. Resulting fragment was ligated into pMPM-T5-AID digested with HindIII and SalI.
