  • Another miniprep of the S105 gene transformation performed.
  • Optical Density Measurement: 71.6 ng/ul
  • Restriction Digest Verification done of S105 gene with restriction enzymes EcoRI and PstI (Buffer H). Placed in thermocycler for 1 hour at 37 degrees and heat shock 20 minutes at 80 deg C.
