Alkaline lysis prep

  • Inoculated 5 ml LB+sp50 with 1 colony DH5α transformed w/ pRL1383a. Incubated overnight at 37C.

Restreaked DH5α w/ pRL1383a plate

  • Restreaked on LB+sp100. Incubated at 37C overnight.
