- PCR of cenA, cenB, cenC and cex from cell suspension (P38-P41; cell solution incubated at 73-80°C for 8 minutes to kill cells/inactivate DNAse) and DNA solution 'purified' from contaminated cell culture (P42-P45). Denaturing 95°C for 1 min, annealing 55°C for 10s, extension 70°C for 90s. PCR products run on Gel 26. (AM)
