FIGUUR
The luxR protein BBa_C0062 is placed under the constitutive promoter BBa_J23100. When the concentration HSL is big enough (modeling link), it will form a complex with the LuxR protein (figuur van HSLcomplex?) and thus activate LuxpR promoter (BBa_R0062). This results in ccdB (BBa_P1010) production and eventually cell death. (ccdB werkmechanisme)
