Lab Work
Dry Lab
I finished the data analysis of the fluorescence measurements. I made some graphs of the relative fluorescence (relative to start = 100%) in function of time. On these graphs it is clear that GFP-LVA is degraded much faster than normal GFP. I will put a detailed description of the measurements, analysis and results on the wiki soon.
